About Li

Li is associate counsel with a focus on real estate, land development, and business law, practising through a professional corporation in association with the firm, and acts for clients ranging from private real estate investment corporations to institutional lenders financing land acquisition and development. Before private practice, Li was legal counsel at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and corporate counsel at Toronto Community Housing Corporation. Li earned a J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.
