About Shayan
Shayan Kamalie is the managing partner and founder of Kamalie Law, a Toronto firm dedicated exclusively to civil and commercial litigation. He has close to a decade of experience in litigation and high-conflict disputes, having previously practised at McCarthy Tetrault LLP, one of Canada's largest national firms, on complex and high-stakes matters. He now represents individuals and small to medium-sized businesses in contractual claims, unpaid loan and debt recovery, real estate conflicts, fraud and asset recovery, construction matters and shareholder disputes. Before becoming a lawyer, Kamalie served in the Canadian Armed Forces, an experience he says shaped his approach to strategic decision-making under pressure.
