About Lena
Lena Pen joined AGB Lawyers in 2023 and returned as an Associate Lawyer after completing her articling term with the firm. She practices in family law, estate law, and real estate law, handling matters such as divorce, division of property, parenting and support issues, alternative dispute resolution, and domestic contracts including cohabitation and marriage agreements. She also assists clients with estate planning and administration. Lena earned her Master of Law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and her LLB from Queen Mary University of London, where she volunteered at the university's Legal Advice Clinic on landlord and tenant, contract, and consumer matters. She speaks Russian fluently and serves clients in either Russian or English.
