About Le
Le brings more than 20 years of experience in secured financings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, tax plan implementation, and corporate structuring. Before joining LLF Lawyers in 2013, she practised corporate and commercial law at an international firm and served as in-house counsel for a Canadian chartered bank and a biotech start-up. At LLF, she's a member of the Business and Not-for-Profit team, representing clients in financings, business purchases and sales, and succession planning. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2002 and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from York University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. Le sits on the City of Kawartha Lakes' Planning Advisory Committee and the board of Boys & Girls Clubs of Kawartha Lakes, and mentors through the Ontario Bar Association.
