Administrative & Regulatory LawLauren Chalaturnyk is a partner at Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP who assists both employers and employees with wrongful and constructive dismissal claims and other termination-related matters, drafts employment agreements and HR policies, and advises on privacy matters under Alberta's Access to Information Act and Protection of Privacy Act. In her municipal law practice, she advises on bylaw interpretation and enforcement, prosecutes bylaw infractions, and appears before Subdivision and Development Appeal Boards. Lauren's work also touches on human rights law for employers, private companies, public bodies and post-secondary institutions. She is an instructor at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, co-teaching a course on early career lawyering, and earned her BA and JD, both with Distinction, from the University of Alberta, being admitted to the Alberta bar in 2018. Lauren sits on the Board of the Bissell Centre and volunteers with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre.
