About Lainie
Lainie Michelle Appleby practises exclusively in immigration law, advising clients on Canadian immigration matters as well as U.S. consular and port-of-entry issues. She is a past chair of the Citizenship and Immigration Section of the Ontario Bar Association and has been recognized by Who's Who Legal as an expert in corporate immigration law. Appleby is a frequent speaker and panelist at immigration law conferences in Canada and the U.S. and has authored papers on immigration topics. She studied at Osgoode Hall Law School and the University of Western Ontario, and is licensed with the Law Society of Ontario.
