About Ginger

Ginger Devaney is a U.S.-licensed immigration attorney with more than a decade of experience spanning government, litigation, and nonprofit practice. She previously worked at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, including as a Senior Asylum Officer adjudicating complex petitions, and earlier in her career represented immigrant survivors of domestic violence in humanitarian and family-based immigration cases. She is licensed as an Attorney at Law in Illinois and registered as a Foreign Legal Consultant with the Law Society of Ontario. Devaney studied at Harvard University and Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law, and was part of a USCIS team recognized with the agency's Champion of Equity Award.
