About Kurt
Kurt maintains a broad insurance-related litigation practice, representing clients in product liability, personal injury, professional liability, property damage, construction, and employment disputes. He has appeared as counsel before every level of court in Ontario and before various administrative tribunals, and is known for building a persuasive, credible narrative for clients at mediation or trial. Kurt served as an elected member of the Ontario Bar Association Council for the Toronto region from 2012 to 2018 and belongs to The Advocates' Society and the Ontario Bar Association. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for Insurance Law.
