Kristin Smith is an associate practising family law and wills and estates. She helps clients navigate separation, divorce, parenting issues and financial disputes, including high-conflict parenting matters and high-net-worth or complex property division involving business ownership or multi-jurisdictional assets. A skilled negotiator, she often resolves matters through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution, and also advises on cohabitation and prenuptial agreements and on wills and estates matters connected to separation or major life changes.
