About Kimberly

Kim was born and raised in Kenora and returned to the firm after completing her legal education abroad. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) from Brock University in 2011 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Newcastle in Australia in 2014, where she was also admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She completed her articles with Hook, Seller & Lundin in 2015 and joined as an associate upon her call to the Ontario Bar in January 2016, becoming a partner on January 1, 2020. Kim practises in real estate, property development, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates planning. She is past Chair of the Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation and a past President of the Kenora District Law Association, having also served the association as Secretary-Treasurer and Vice-President.
