About Kimberly

Kim practices primarily in family law litigation, regularly appearing in court on behalf of clients at both the trial and appeal level in family and estate matters. Born in Saint John, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick before being admitted to the Law Society of New Brunswick in 1988. She has practised with Mosher Chedore since October 1988 and holds a Six Sigma designation in management-level problem solving and alternative dispute resolution. She is a member of the Saint John Law Society, the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals.
