About Brian

Brian was admitted to the New Brunswick Law Society in 1972 after earning a Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick. His practice concentrates on personal injury, estate law and corporate law, with a particular interest in immigration law. Earlier in his career he worked for the Crown in civil and criminal law and was appointed Special Prosecutor for the federal government, and he was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2003. Brian is a native of Saint John and has been active in the community through organizations including the Saint John Board of Trade, the Rotary Club of Saint John and the Saint John School Board.
