About Kimberley

Kimberley A. Pegg began practising law in 1982 after graduating from the University of Ottawa Law School, and has had an uninterrupted career since. She has extensive trial experience in criminal defence, having defended individuals facing charges including drugs, assault, sexual assault, domestic violence, fraud, property offences, and dangerous or impaired driving, as well as more serious charges such as robbery and homicide. Pegg also represents parents in child protection proceedings involving the Children's Aid Society, and has appeared at all levels of the Ontario courts, including the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
