About Sybil

Sybil is an Ottawa real estate lawyer and partner in the Real Estate & Development and Commercial Leasing groups, with experience in commercial real estate transactions, conveyancing and financing. She acts on purchase and sale transactions for commercial, residential, condominium and rural properties, and advises on land development, subdivision and severance applications, secured lending and commercial leasing. Sybil earned her LLB from McGill University in 2001 and a BA from the University of Saskatchewan in 1995; she was called to the bar in 2002. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Real Estate Law since 2020 and sits on the firm's three-partner Management Committee.
