About Kim
Kim has helped families navigate separation, divorce, custody disputes and estate matters since 1998. She has become a dispute resolution specialist through extensive training in mediation, collaborative law and arbitration, aiming to help families avoid litigation whenever possible, though she is experienced in the courtroom when litigation is necessary, including trial and appellate work in Nova Scotia. She has acted as an expert in international divorces, explaining Nova Scotia's family law system to judges in Japan, Qatar and the United States.
