About Kevin

Kevin Mellor is a senior civil litigator at Nychuk & Company with more than 30 years of experience serving Regina and the surrounding legal and business communities. His practice covers shareholder disputes, debtor and creditor matters, judicial reviews of government decisions, and tax litigation against the Canada Revenue Agency, along with corporate commercial work such as share and asset purchases and real estate transactions. He has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan as well as the Supreme Court of Canada, the Tax Court of Canada, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan and is also a Chartered Professional Accountant. He was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1991 and is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association.
