About Kevin

Kevin Smith is a senior solicitor with a diverse practice focused on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, drawing clients from manufacturing, forestry, fabrication, retail and computer systems industries. Beyond his corporate and commercial work, he assists individuals with estate planning matters. Kevin earned his LLB from the University of Alberta in 1987 and was admitted to the Alberta and British Columbia bars in 1988. He has served as a director of the Volunteer Centre of Edmonton and coached minor soccer. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, travelling, cooking, reading and golf.
