About Kenneth
Ken Marley was born in Sarnia and raised in Essex County, graduating from Kingsville District High School in 1981. He studied politics at McMaster University and law at Osgoode Hall Law School, and was called to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 1990. He worked for a time as a federal prosecutor, primarily on controlled drugs offences, and also did administrative and civil litigation work before devoting his practice to criminal and regulatory defence. For the past 25 years he has represented individuals and corporations charged with offences ranging from Highway Traffic Act matters and minor Criminal Code charges up to serious drug and personal injury charges, and has conducted more than a dozen homicide trials. He practises mainly in Windsor, Sarnia, and Chatham, with additional appearances in London and Toronto.
