About Frank

Frank Philcox practises family law in Windsor at Philcox & Hurley, the firm he co-founded with Mark Hurley in 2010 as a successor to Philcox, Gatten & Hurley. He and Hurley previously worked together as in-house counsel at the Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society and together have practised family law for more than thirty years. Philcox has appeared at various levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and regularly conducts trials. The firm accepts Legal Aid Ontario certificates and the Unifor Legal Services Plan (CAW).
