Warren Fullerton is a partner at Kirwin Partners LLP and has practised family law since 1982. Fullerton is certified as a Specialist in family law by the Law Society of Ontario and has extensive trial, appellate, and mediation experience in property division, custody and access, spousal and child support, and common-law relationship matters. Fullerton is a certified mediator, a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Essex Law Association, and The Advocates' Society, and a past president of the Essex County Family Law Lawyers Association, having also served on numerous community committees.
