Law Office of Kenneth S. Marley is a Windsor based criminal and regulatory defence practice with two lawyers, and it also keeps offices in Kingsville, Chatham-Kent, and Sarnia for client meetings by appointment. Kenneth Marley grew up in Essex County, graduated from Kingsville District High School in 1981, studied politics at McMaster University, and studied law at Osgoode Hall Law School. Marley was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1990 and worked first as a federal prosecutor handling controlled drug offences, along with administrative and civil litigation work, before turning the practice exclusively to defending people and corporations charged with criminal and regulatory offences.

The firm's cases run from Highway Traffic Act charges to serious drug and personal injury matters, and Marley has conducted more than a dozen homicide trials, along with appeals argued in London, Toronto, and other Ontario courts. John Semaan, who was raised in Windsor and studied law and politics at the University of Windsor before attending Western Law in London, Ontario, began working with the practice during a first year summer of articling and stayed on as an associate after being called to the Bar of Ontario in 2025.
