Kenneth S. Adessky is the founding partner of Adessky Attorneys. A member of the Quebec Bar for more than 25 years, he specializes in corporate and commercial law, including litigation, contracts, real estate and financing, business planning, incorporations, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning and securities. Since 1996 he has focused much of his practice on developing small-cap public companies, working with major Wall Street and Bay Street firms on mergers and financings in Canada, the US, the UK and China, including acting as counsel or principal on the merger or acquisition of more than a dozen entities with combined market capitalizations exceeding $500 million. Alongside his legal practice he has also worked as an executive, having been a founder, CFO and director of Global Clean Energy, an alternative-energy development company, and having served as legal counsel and senior consultant to Beyond the Rack, a Canadian e-commerce pioneer that grew to $140 million in annual sales with more than 400 employees.
