About Keith

Keith Flavell is an experienced business lawyer who began his career in private practice before moving in-house, where he spent many years as internal advisor and corporate secretary to two Canadian public companies with international operations. He has advised on continuous disclosure obligations and corporate governance and compliance policies, working closely with boards of directors and foreign subsidiaries. He has led numerous financings, including public offerings, private placements, and bank financing in Canada and the United States, along with cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. At Delegatus he has acted as external and senior in-house counsel for clients such as Uniboard Canada, Jubilant Radiopharma, Jubilant HollisterStier, Lemay, Pharmascience, and Blue Bridge Wealth Management. He previously served as Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary at Adaltis, an in vitro diagnostics company, and as in-house counsel and later Director of Legal Affairs at Bell Canada International. Keith began his career practising business law at Heenan Blaikie and holds a BA in history from Yale University along with an LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Ottawa.
