About Kenneth

Ken Ready is counsel at McDougall Gauley LLP in Regina, practising civil litigation with a focus on products liability, class actions, and personal injury, including medical malpractice claims on behalf of plaintiffs. He has tried cases in Provincial Court and the Court of King's Bench and argued appeals before the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Ken has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for health care law and medical negligence since 2016 and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1994. He has volunteered extensively in the Regina community, including with the Arthritis Society and the Saskatchewan Baseball Association. Ken earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Regina in 1975 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1976, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1977.
