About Ken

Ken Proudman leads BARR LLP's Business/Farm Divorce practice group, assisting with divorces and separations involving businesses, farms, self-employment, professional corporations or complex property and tax issues, and drafting pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. He also works as an arbitrator, using negotiation training from Harvard University and civil trial advocacy training from the Advocates' Society, and he teaches the Advanced Family Law course at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law. He is the founding executive of the Alberta Family Lawyers Association and founding president of the Alberta Legal Coaches & Limited Services Society.
