About Ken

Ken Dolinsky articled for Manitoba labour and employment lawyer Grant Mitchell, Q.C., and has dedicated his career to representing employers in the public and private sectors across industries. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1993 after earning his LL.B. and B.A. from the University of Winnipeg. Ken advises on labour relations and employment matters in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces, and is past chair of the Manitoba Bar Association's Labour Law Section. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers™ in Canada for Labour and Employment Law since 2024.
