About Kelsey

Kelsey Osmond came to law after first completing the Law Clerk program at Centennial College and an undergraduate degree at the University of Ontario. She went on to earn her J.D. from Queen's University in 2024, winning Best Respondent Factum and placing second overall as a team at the Walsh Family Law Moot along the way. During law school she served as a researcher for Professor Nicholas Bala, completed a practicum with Justice Barnes of the Superior Court, and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, where she put together a family-law explainer graphic for the Elizabeth Fry Society. Before and during her studies she also held law clerk positions at two family law firms, giving her a practical foundation for her current family law practice at Niman Mamo.
