Kelly Harvey Russ is a family lawyer in Spectrum Family Law's Vancouver office who has restricted his practice to family and child protection matters for the past 28 years. He is qualified as a Family Law Mediator, Family Law Arbitrator, and Child Protection Mediator in British Columbia, and sat as a Human Rights Commissioner with the Canadian Human Rights Commission for nine years.
