Kelly D. Ruse is a Partner at Kanuka Thuringer LLP in Regina, practising primarily in commercial transactions, commercial financings, financial regulation, leasing, transportation, incorporations, and general business law. Her practice includes assisting clients with the acquisition or disposition of a business from initial planning through negotiation, structuring, drafting, and closing, as well as providing general business advice. As part of her transportation law practice, she advises motor carriers and railways on acquisitions, dispositions, and general business matters, and is a member and former director of the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan (1992) and an LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan (1995), and was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1996.
