About Kelly

Kelly Ann's general litigation practice focuses on commercial litigation, including breach of contract, insurance litigation, jurisdictional disputes, and civil fraud, and she has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia and Alberta as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Before joining Poulus Ensom Smith, she practised at a litigation boutique and a national firm in Vancouver. She has been recognized as Up and Coming by Chambers & Partners and as a Future Star by Benchmark Litigation Canada.
