About Alex

Alex maintains a broad complex commercial litigation and administrative law practice, with areas of focus including contract disputes, domestic and international arbitration, shareholder and partnership litigation, civil fraud and investigations, and appeals. He has represented clients before arbitrators, administrative tribunals, and all levels of court in British Columbia and Ontario, including the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal. Before joining Poulus Ensom Smith, he practised litigation at a national firm in Toronto and a litigation boutique in Vancouver, and is conversational in Korean.
