About Alia
Alia Khan joined Potestio Law after completing her Juris Doctorate at the University of Toronto and practises in family, estate and insurance litigation, including personal injury and property damage disputes. Her personal experience with family conflict informs how she approaches sensitive family and estate matters. She trained at a top Toronto litigation firm and has appeared before courts across Ontario, handling cases involving insurance claims, disability claims and property damage. She is fluent in English and is active in her community, having volunteered on First Nation reserves and run community programs for over a decade while also mentoring young lawyers.
