About Keith
Keith Jobbitt has practised law for over 40 years, beginning in Thunder Bay in 1969 after being called to the bar. He has maintained practices in Thunder Bay, Atikokan, Marathon, and Geraldton, working in real estate, corporate and commercial matters, wills, estates, and Aboriginal law. He is a past president of the Thunder Bay Law Association and a former chair of the Thunder Bay Regional Research Institute and Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. He received the Law Society's Lincoln Alexander Award for legal and community service in 2012, the Ontario Bicentennial Medal in 1984, and a Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of Confederation in 1993; a street entrance to Thunder Bay Regional Hospital is named after him. He now works part-time with Brenda Leigh Bell Law Offices.
