About Jean

Jean H. Denis Gagnon works mainly in public law, in the areas of municipal law and administrative law, and has developed expertise across various aspects of these fields. He represents and advises several municipalities, notably in the Lanaudière and Laurentides regions, giving him a strong understanding of that client base. Gagnon also served as a judge for various municipal courts between 1975 and 2006, and was president of the Conférence des juges municipaux du Québec from 1990 to 1992.
