About Fabienne

Fabienne Beauvais is a partner in the Insurance Law group, practising civil litigation with a focus on professional liability, and has experience in mortgage recovery, tax litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and security law. For over 20 years she has acted for the Chambre des notaires du Québec's professional liability insurance fund, defending notaries and the fund itself, and also acts for engineers. She is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for insurance law.
