About Katie
Katie Baker has practised family law across Southwestern Ontario since her call to the bar in 2018, representing individuals and families through negotiation, mediation, and litigation. She takes time to understand each client's goals before charting a path forward, favouring practical, cost-effective resolution where possible while remaining a tenacious advocate in court when litigation is necessary. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto and graduated cum laude from the dual J.D. program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy in 2017. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and serves clients throughout Waterloo Region and beyond.
