Kaitlin Jagersky is a partner at Jagersky Baker Smith LLP, advising individuals and families on complex family law matters involving sophisticated income arrangements, business and corporate interests, and property and trust claims. She takes a strategic, cost-conscious approach to each file and is an experienced courtroom advocate, though she often steers clients toward negotiation, mediation, or arbitration when it better serves them.
