About Kathryn

Kathryn I. Osborne is a partner focusing on corporate commercial law and commercial real estate, serving family businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals, and multi-jurisdictional organizations. She handles the purchase, sale, and financing of businesses, shareholder and partnership agreements, and commercial leasing, and she's a certified Family Enterprise Advisor advising business families on governance and succession. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1988 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1989.
