About Kathleen
Kathleen Kenny is a partner in Bishop & McKenzie's Edmonton office, practising business transactions and corporate law, wills and estate planning, estate administration, and commercial and residential real estate. She works closely with clients to translate their intentions into legal documentation, with particular sensitivity to the personal nature of estate planning, and has experience negotiating commercial leases. Kathleen holds a BComm and a JD, both from the University of Alberta, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2015. She volunteers with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre's evening drop-in clinic, assisting with estate administration issues.
