About Jordan

Jordan practises corporate and commercial law at Prowse Barrette LLP, with an emphasis on land, asset, and share purchase transactions, secured lending transactions, and commercial real estate. He also assists clients with employment law, shareholder disputes, and niche commercial litigation matters. He sits on the executive committee of the Canadian Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section (North), which runs seminars supporting articling students and young lawyers early in their careers.
