About Katherine

Katherine Chan advises on municipal, expropriation, land use planning, and development matters, appearing before all levels of Ontario courts, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and other administrative bodies. She obtained her law degrees at the University of Warwick and the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom, and previously practised as a barrister in Hong Kong. She's fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
