About Kateryna

Kateryna Nemanikhina is an internationally trained lawyer who spent more than ten years working in media, intellectual property, and civil law before moving to Canada, including legal work for media companies, content creators, and public organizations on copyright, licensing, and civil disputes. She earned an LL.M. in Ukraine, holds a Ukrainian mediation certificate, and was called to the Ukrainian National Bar Association in 2020. In Canada, she has completed a Public Law course at York University and is continuing through the accreditation process. Since joining Schwarz Law Partners LLP, she has also begun handling wills and estates matters, including estate planning and administration. She volunteers with the Community Association for Riders with Disabilities in Toronto and speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
