About Katelynn
Katelynn Denny joined Forte Law in 2019 and advises both employers and employees dealing with challenging workplace situations. As an independent investigator, she has conducted complex investigations into allegations of sexual violence and misconduct, discrimination, breach of privacy, and bullying and harassment, and holds training under the post-secondary Sexual Violence and Misconduct Policy Act. She has also conducted sport investigations under the Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sport, and in 2022 was appointed to the roster of investigators for the Office of the Sport Integrity Commissioner. Before law school, she studied English Literature and visual arts.
