About Katelyn

Katelyn Rath was called to the Alberta Bar in February 2022. Her practice has included defending clients in criminal and family matters, as well as personal injury work and multi-million dollar transactions. She has acted as counsel to a major fuel supply and distribution company operating across Western Canada and has appeared in the Alberta and Saskatchewan Courts of King's Bench. She earned a BA with Distinction in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017 and her JD from the University of Saskatchewan in 2020.
