D. Deniz Kuban is a Director at Park Energy Law and heads the firm's London office. She has a versatile international practice advising oil and gas companies, governments and state oil companies in Canada, the United States, Iraq, Namibia, Botswana, Angola, Mexico, Tanzania and Turkey, focusing on oil and gas joint ventures, farmouts and host government contracts. She also advises on anti-bribery compliance and has trained more than 500 people on three continents on anti-bribery programs. In 2016 she assisted Pemex with its first-ever farmout, the Trion deep-water block in the Gulf of Mexico. She is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators and served as a Director of that organization from 2010 to 2013.
