About Kasra

Kasra Behnampour is an associate criminal lawyer at Mickelson, Whysall & Moore Law Group, which he joined in 2024. He handles driving offences, drug and firearms offences, assaults and sexual assaults, and takes on select immigration files and public and administrative law matters, including charges involving criminal organization, conspiracy, proceeds of crime, and money laundering. Behnampour holds a Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, where he won the Peter Burns Mock Trial Competition and the Spirit of the Burns Award and represented UBC at the MacIntyre Cup Western Canada Trial Competition and the Wilson Moot, placing third nationally. Before law school he studied International Relations at the University of Toronto. He worked at two other criminal law firms before joining Mickelson, Whysall & Moore in 2024.
