About Brian

Brian Mickelson is counsel to Mickelson, Whysall & Moore Law Group, with more than 37 years of criminal defence experience. He is a member of the British Columbia and California bars and has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and Alberta, the BC Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice covers impaired driving, motor vehicle offences, domestic and general assault, and serious sexual assault cases. He holds an undergraduate degree in history and a law degree, both from the University of British Columbia, and is a native of Vancouver.
