About Kartiga

Kartiga Thavaraj has a practice focused on infrastructure and construction litigation and human rights litigation, including public-private-partnership projects and cases before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. She co-founded the Tamil Bar Association and served as its inaugural president. She holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018, and was admitted to the firm's partnership in January 2026.
