About Karine

Karine Jackson was called to the Ontario bar in 2011 and practices family law, child protection, adoptions, and guardianship matters through her own professional corporation. She holds Accredited Family Mediator (AccFM) and Child Protection Mediator (CPMed) credentials from the Ontario Association for Family Mediation and is a trained collaborative divorce lawyer. She previously litigated at a national law firm and served as in-house counsel for a child protection agency, appearing regularly in both official languages before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She also represents children on behalf of the Office of the Children's Lawyer in child protection and family law matters, and is fluent in French and English.
