About Karen

Karen Vadasz is a partner at Goodmans. Her practice covers corporate law and banking and finance law, including a range of domestic and cross-border financing and corporate transactions, acting for both creditors and debtors. Karen has significant experience with corporate and financing deals involving health care assets, and she is part of the firm's Aging & Healthcare practice group. She was honoured in 2025 as one of Lexpert's Rising Stars in the Leading Lawyers Under 40 program, and in 2021 she received recognition at the IFLR Rising Stars Awards Americas for her banking and finance work. Karen also co-chairs SenbridGe NEXT, a Goodmans platform offering education, networking, and publications related to the seniors living and healthcare industries.
